I applied online and then had a recruiter interview. The recruiter gave me good feedback on the spot and told me she would have me interview with the interim director. I gave my availability and they didn’t get back to me. Then I followed up and they told me the directors schedule had gotten busy and to send new availability. I sent new availability and they ghosted me. Really poor treatment.
