I recently wrapped up the interview process at Gong. While I ultimately didn’t get the role, I was genuinely impressed by the overall recruiting experience, especially the support I received from Austin King. Austin was communicative, responsive, and made sure I felt well-prepared every step of the way, including the final presentation round. He brought a level of professionalism and thoughtfulness that made the experience feel respectful and human.
