This was a seamless and communicative interview processes through and through. The Gong candidate experience, especially with Austin King at the helm, is unparalleled. He was readily available (by text no less!) to answer my questions, prepare me for each conversation, and even offer words of encouragement the day of. All of his comms were straightforward and detailed, and at the end of the day I really felt as if I had an internal champion in my corner. Austin is easily one of the most thoughtful recruiters you'll ever encounter. Not to mention the team I'm excited to join, all of whom were engaged and open in each interview.
