Gong had one of the best interview processes I have experienced in my career thus far. Most of that was due to my partnership with Austin King, my Gong recruiter. Communication was excellent with Austin--he was extremely responsive, considerate, kind, courteous, timely and I felt very taken care of throughout the entire process. He made it clear he was my advocate and I really appreciated that. Expectations were set up front of what the stages of interviewing would be, with whom and approximately how long the entire process would take. None of my questions with Austin went unanswered, and he was so knowledgeable and passionate about the company and products. The recruitment and candidate experience with Austin was top-notch. Kudos to my interview panel as well. Every member of the Gong team met were personable, courteous and on time for our interviews.
