From my first contact with Gong's recruiting team all the way to my offer, the interview process was fantastic. Stretching about 4 weeks, I met with 6 Gong employees from the partnership team and a member of the c-suite. All of the conversations felt less like formal interviews and more along the lines of both sides being able to determine if the role was the right fit. My only feedback would be the amount of time in 'limbo' from my final interview til receiving the offer. Shoutout to Austin! You made the process easy.
