The interview process was thorough. For me, it included 5 interviews plus a presentation at the end. Throughout the entire process, the recruiting team consistently provided updates and gave clear ETAs. I never went longer than 24 hours without knowing next steps, which I really appreciated given the length of the process. Even with it being multiple rounds, it was great to meet with people across different departments and get their perspectives. That exposure made me feel very confident in my decision by the end.
