Two stage interview, both were very conversational. First was over Google meets, where they just asked specific things about my resume and confirmed if the conditions of the role aligned with what I was looking for. I was given a marketing project to do before the second interview asking for me to create a sample social media plan and write some copy for one of their brands based around a feature that already exists. Second interview was focused on presenting the project and answering questions related to it.
