First I attended an information session at my university to learn about Ayco. I submitted my resume and introduced myself through email. One day later I received a phone call discussing the internship and why I want to work at Ayco. After the phone call, I was invited to a one day interview with two separate people; one from HR, the other from the division I was applying to. The interview was very relaxed and no technical finance questions were asked, only fit type questions. The only advice I can give is to know the position you are applying for. Lastly, the people, office, and work culture are all great. Very nice people, beautiful office, and relaxed work atmosphere.
