I went through all interview stages and unfortunately, I didn't got the offer right after the last step. However, it was an amazing experience and you for sure need to understand that there are A LOT OF candidates and that this is a real competition. My interview process included 4 steps in total. 1st: video-recording interview. You need to enter a special platform where you have a possibility to rehearsal you future responses. It looks like you get a question on the screen, you have around 1 minute to read it and to think about the answer, and right after the recording starts and you have, for example, 2 minutes to answer this question. After 2 minutes the recording will be stopped and you can watch your answer. However, NOT during the rehearsals but already during a real "performance" this last function is not available. Your answer will be sent automatically. You can go through as many questions as you only want during the rehearsals, however, I personally think that it is not so necessary as questions are completely different. In preparation process I had basic questions as "why Goldman Sachs?, "what is your weakness?", etc. While in a final round I had Behavioral questions and case questions: "The situation is.... What will you do?" 2, 3, 4 steps: video interview with people from HCM department. It was a great experience and a real pleasure for me to talk with real professionals. There were basic questions mainly about some point from your CV, that is my if you know your CV very well and for each point or skill that you wrote you have a real life example you will not have any problems. I think that it was a great experience, questions were not so difficult, but still I decided to put the difficulty level as "difficult", because as you can see it was a long process.
