The first round is hackarrank test with medium level difficulty questions. Its the 2nd coderpad round which does injustice to most of the applicants. There is no standard defined by GS for the difficulty level of questions in this round. While one candidate may be asked to find 2nd largest element in an array at the same time another can be asked questions on trie along with proper coverage of various edge cases. This is my request to Gs to set some defined difficulty level to questions in coder pad round as this round is time bound. Because of injustice done in this round many deserving candidates don’t even make it to the next rounds.

First round was hackerrank assessment having 2 coding questions. Then after clearing that, the first round of interview had Leetcode Hard question, similar to get the maximum score. I was not able to do it. Interviewer was very nice though
