Phone interview, 2nd interview in office with two Vice Presidents, one Manager, and HR Officer. One month later I received an email thanking me for my patience, and telling me I was still "under consideration." I responded with a positive email reaffirming my interest to the individuals with whom I interviewed. When 3 additional weeks went by, I placed a call to the HR specialist I had dealt with. Unfortunately, I never received the courtesy of a response. I would strongly suggest any candidates take their talents elsewhere--because if any company can indicate you are a serious candidate yet not have the simple courtesy to have HR return a phone call--what would it actually be like to work for this entity?
