One to one cultural fit interview - very easy, more like a chat about why you want to go into banking and your background. Pretty standard and didn't feel like an interview at all. Followed by 2nd stage interviews which were three back to back interviews with more senior staff. Competency based.

Final stage interview, 3 rounds of 20-30mins with people from different teams in Operations. They goes into details on anything you mention, so be prepared on anything you might mention.

Sent off a cover letter and CV and was invited for an interview a month later. Standard competency based questions however I got asked about the logistical aspects of McDonald's and threats that the Post Office industry currently faces due to having worked part-time in both places. These questions were a little more difficult as I was not expecting them, however apart from these two it was fine. So far it's been 1 working day since the interview and I'm still waiting on a reply.
