Two face to face one over the phone, a lot of back and forth with the HR staff who all looked like they work in a modeling agency - there's a reason why these guys get the best talent!

I went through about 6-7 rounds of interview to meet with 9 interviewers. The first round was a telephone interview who asked friendly questions. More indepth and difficult technical questions would be tested on round 2 onwards, mostly were telephone interview. They would ask which area is your strongest technical skill set and asked questions in that area. In the later rounds of interview, they would go through some management cases with you. They dont need candidate to be an expert in particular technical area but look for a real technie fans (but not computer geek)
