submit your resume, they call you for a phone interview, you go to Sandy Springs, GA for a 1:1 interview, 1 week of training where everyday if you dont perform at 100% they send you home, 3 days of in-store training where if you dont meet the Regional Managers expectation you are sent home, then they send you to random stores across GA by yourself and are expected to run the store at 100% for a 90 day trial period

How would you handle a customer who is crying because she doesn't want to sell her grandmother jewelry but she has to because she is about to be homeless?

Entrevista
Interview was by phone initially, and then face to face, went very well and made to feel comfortable but they did promise more than they delivered which was disappointing. Was told that I would work every weekend which was not told in the phone interview and I told them I would not work Saturdays and managed to get the job anyway
