15 minute chat with the CEO. Charlotte welcomed me at the door with a smile and introduced me to Dwayne. He went over the ins and outs of his company and what career opportunities he provides for me.

I arrived 10 minutes early before the scheduled time and waited over an hour to be seen as there were quite a few people before me. I've never had to wait this long for an interview before. I was told to fill out a form by Charlotte at the reception while waiting which included writing about my top five strengths and weaknesses. It was pointless and was just used to kill time. When finally seen by Dwayne, the interview lasted less than 10 minutes. He only asked me one question and then just talked about the role for the remaining time. The interview wasn't even held in a private room, it was in a room full of several other people where the desks were separated by small walls which seemed unprofessional. I received a call the same evening informing me the interview was successful and I was invited to the next stage "the observation day". This was not what I expected as it involved shadowing a person for 9 hours in freezing cold weather in Birmingham city centre. At the start of that day, the person I was observing took me to Burger King and left me there alone at a table for almost 2 hours to answer 10 pointless questions. I then followed him around for the next few hours listening to him and his colleagues selling lies to people. We walked back to the office at the end of the day where I was meant to have my second interview but the CEO was in a meeting. I was offered the job anyway. They pressured me into making a decision on the spot and I declined. The people working here are unprofessional and untrustworthy and the whole experience was terrible. Don't bother wasting your time here.
