I received a call from a fitness service manager about the position I applied for. They set up an interview with her and the regional hiring fitness manager. Interview went well then I was invited back for a panel interview but the panel did not happen and I was offered the position.

Very straightforward. I was able to get to know more details about the job and the gym throughout the interview process. This was a part of a company acquisition and Gold's wanted to make sure that they were putting the correct person in the necessary position. Overall, the entire process was smooth and put all those involved in the acquisition at ease.
