They first scheduled a phone call then a formal interview. I feel like mine is just to fill their interview quotas because the interviewer is not interested with me at all. They care about where are you for a lot, worrying if u will quit during the program

Entrevista
First the HR recruiting team in China contacted me for a skype interview when I was in Europe.
After the Skype interview, I waited for a personal interview for two months, they often changed their plans where and when to have the interview.
I went to the HQ myself, HR gave English test and some presentation about the company, and one of the senior VPs interviewed me with very simple questions finished the whole process.
Offer was sent later than they promised.
