I had one conversation with the hiring manager. He told me that it may be a couple of weeks before I hear back from them. The following week the recruiter I was working with said they really liked me and they wanted me to take a personality test before moving to the next interview. I took the test and the recruiter said they were pleased with my results and would like to schedule the next interview. I gave my availability and was extremely flexible, but that was the last time I heard from Godlan. They never responded to the recruiter or me when trying to contact them. Very unprofessional.
