Was invited for an interview after speaking to the recruiter by phone. Hiring manager was ooo so interview was conducted by another manager. Interview was strange and uncomfortable. I don’t expect an offer but would at least expect an email or phone call with some feedback. I did invest time to prepare and took a morning off to come to their office. I emailed the recruiter last week and he hasn’t replied. Very unprofessional.
Interviewed when it was Jive. Has taken me years to say this - but was asked age, if I was planning to have kids and how would that interrupt career, if I was the type of woman who could handle taking orders from a woman younger than me

Entrevista
Friendly and professional. Standard interview questions along with a simple exercise. It was essentially 20 questions. I had a certain number of questions I could ask to identify what product the manager had in mind.

Tell me about a time you failed, and what did you do afterwords?
Had a initial call with recruiter which went fine. She seemed nice enough and just asked the regular questions you get asked in the screening calls.
Never heard anything back hence the “negative” experience.
