3 Individual calls, each 30 minutes in length. The overall length from first call to offer was about 2 weeks, very quick and efficient! First call with HR was very thorough allowing both sides to understand the fit. Next call was with the hiring manager which was an excellent and comfortable business conversation around my experience, my goals and how I see myself fitting on his team. Final call was with VP of sales to determine my fit on the team. Everyone was very nice and allowed for a very smooth and stress free interview process!
