Entrevista
I was recruited through a tech recruiter, so I skipped the HR interview. I had a classic first phone call with my manager for me to present myself, and for him to present the company and team. I had some basic technical questions. Next, they invited me for a live coding session which I preferred doing on-site. There was the manager and 3 other devs who were present. I had a little exercice to complete in about 2 hours. They made me feel confortable and made it clear it was not like an exam, but more a way to see how I work.

I only had the HR interview but it was in my opinion a success, the interviewer was very kind and i had a good time answering the questions I had to describe where i applied the frameworks from the job description and if any, describe my leadership ability

Three rounds of interviews
First one is with recruiter. (1 hour)
Second one is with the hiring manager. (1 hour)
Third one is with managers and team members. (Expect whole day, but actual time is around 5 hours)
