After applying to the job, there was a routine HR phone interview / screening prior to a phone interview with the hiring manager. After speaking with the hiring manager, HR immediately followed-up to setup an on-site interview for the following week. The on-site interview was certainly more rigorous and comprised of four to five hours with a series of leads, managers and directors from related teams.
