I received an email requesting to set up a phone interview and to confirm if I would be free. After setting up a good time I had an initial phone interview which focused on my previous career and personality questions (give me a time when?). Made it through the first interview and 2 days later was asked to come into the downtown Merchandise Mart location 5th floor for in person interview with the hiring manager. Interview was set for 30 min however my interview lasted about 90 min. Overall the process has been normal for a company of this side.
