      Horrible experience! After having multiple interview rounds they scheduled an on-site interview. The office is far out in Mississauga and It cost me $100 for Uber to have a conversation which was pretty much possible virtually as well. After meeting the leadership, they asked me to present a 100-day plan for the next round. I requested them to be a little considerate as I have already met the management in person and make this round a virtual presentation as taking another day off from my current job will be an issue. They did not seem to care and asked to come again in person for the presentation. So I spent another $100 on Uber for the 4th round. I reached the office on time however, they made me wait for almost 45 minutes extra as the leadership was busy with the client. After giving them a presentation, which I feel was pretty strong as I spent more than a week preparing it, they did not even bother to send an email or follow up. I called the recruiter who was based in India and her response was " Yeah, it's a no!" Please be respectful of people's time and if you did not have the intention of hiring someone why ask them to come in person again and again in post-covid times where everything is possible virtually?
