A Linkedin message by an internal Recruiter and a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty standard. The Recruiter ghosted me. I think she is new to the job and unorganized. It turns out this is common with this company. They talk to candidates and ghost you after speaking with a friend who spoke to them. I would not recommend moving forward with them.

It’s a fairly standard interview process—you’ll start by meeting with a recruiter, then move on to the hiring manager, followed by the team lead. You’ll also complete an assessment during the process.
