Entrevista
This sounded like a really good company who hires talented people, it's too bad their recruitment process / scheduling is very disorganized.
I applied online and got an email few days later asking for my availability for initial phone screen with HR. HR confirmed a schedule for me within that week (really prompt response that time). Interview day came and I got no call / email or whatsoever even after sending two follow ups if the interview is still pushing through. This is quite a pain to me as I'm halfway across the world and interview schedule is at night, my time.
I didn't hear back until the following week saying that they got connectivity issues and asked me for my availability for that week. I promptly sent back my availability times and again didn't hear back until I followed up asking if the interview is still pushing through at all. HR got back to me the following week (this week) and asked me if I'm available the following day and for the 3rd time, I confirmed my availability. Sadly as of writing, I haven't heard back yet as to what happened with the supposed interview. I sent an email to HR that I'm withdrawing my application as even though techwise, they seem like a good company to work for, multiple rescheduling / lack of updates is unprofessional and leave bad taste. I liked the company and I'm hoping they'll do something about the recruitment process so as not to chase away candidates.

Smooth and pleasant interview process. All the interviewers were friendly, with the aim if making sure that I enjoyed the process while assessing my capabilities. I would recommend it any day, any time

The first step was a phone call with one of their internal recruiters. You have to talk a little bit about yourself and you get a chance to ask a lot of questions.
The next step was a 1h video call with one of their engineers for a tech interview.
The interview was a series of questions about 4 topics:
1. Frontend
2. HTTP
3. Relational DBs
4. Security
The interviewer was nice, but I had the impression they had to speed through a very long list of questions, so it felt very much like an exam.
The final interview was an onsite, split in 3 sections:
- 1h technical interview: a brief chat about your experience, plus trying to architect a solution to a realistic problem
- 1h coding interview: you're given a problem and have to code a solution to it, making use of some internal APIs
- 45m values fit interview: this is supposedly the more "relaxed" part of the interview, but it's still a series of questions to probe your experience in dealing with various situations (difficult conversations, receiving feedback and so on)
You have a chance to ask questions after each section.
The majority of the interviewers were friendly, helpful and engaged.
In the end, I did not get an offer, as I had not lived up to their standards in the tech sections.
In my opinion, the interview focused too much on technical knowledge and not enough on how a candidate thinks or interacts to solve a problem (which is a better predictor of a good hire).
That said, it's entirely possible that what they need the most right now is knowledge, in which case the process fits their requirements.
I had to wait almost 2 weeks to know the outcome of the interview, which I found highly unprofessional.
