I was interviewed ar my college...the hiring process basically consists of 3 rounds
1.Group discussion-in which max of 7 Candidates were allowed to participate in a GD the topics were mostly from the current affairs and general topics...like GST,Women Empowerment,..etc...
2.Technical Interview- you will be asked abt the basics from your core subjects...knowing the basics of your stream will help you to crack this round
3.HR interview-In this round the interviewer talks generally about your strength,weakness...and general questions...

Interview process held in my college. It includes group discussion and technical HR interview rounds. Those who all cleared these rounds are selected. The clearance of GD is much easy but the technical round is little difficult.

Entrevista
It wasn't difficult. Consist of 2 rounds 1st gd(actually just a min) and 2nd technical hr. Technical hr round questions were completely mechanical and automobile. Actually there are 2 module 1 is direct and another one is indirect. For direct module cmpny will bear the training fee but for indirect candidates have to pay the fee which is around 25000INR. And no one from my clg accepeted the offer from indirect module.

During interview questions were like draw and explain the four strokes...entropy...why tyre is black in colour ....white and black smoke in vehicles...catalyst (something diff. Among all other questions) And some general questions about u and ur clg

easy interveiw. it took for 10 mins in the group disscussion .They allowed one by one to speak and given 20-30 seconds for a turn.imdiatly they will announce the result
