I submitted by resume online and had a phone call with the owner of the company. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and easy to work with. I had an in-person interview with the owners and met other team members that I would potentially work with. I got an idea of the work environment and thought it gave me a good idea of what working at the company would be like. I was treated with respect and I felt very comfortable and that I was investing in a company that was going to care for me and my professional career.
