It was a very relaxed interview process. It was a group interview, began by the interviewers having a talk about the company where they asked us what we knew about the company. Then we completed one of their treetop courses. Next we played some ice breaker games. Lastly they asked us interview questions.

tell me a time when you faced a difficult customer
tell me a movie character that you relate to the most and why?
how would you deal with a customer with a hearing impairment?
Went for an interactive interview. Essentially played corporate team-building games for an afternoon while candidates were taken individually for a casual interview. It was a fun day but hard to tell how it was used to assess people.

How would you help a guest who is struggling/nervous on the course.
A group interview with other candidates going round the course to see how confident you are with heights followed by a 10 minute question and answer interview with the manager and assistant manager
