I had a first interview with the recruiter. The interview was 30 minutes long, and during the interview the recruiter asked relevant questions regarding the role. It was a good experience.
The interviewing process was really fast. This was a top-notch candidate experience. Great communication with the hiring manager who coordinated the whole process. All interviews had a friendly and customer-oriented attitude.

Very vague - applied online, got an email 3 weeks later to do a psychometric test which was mostly figuring out differences in shapes and a basic excel test. Got a regret a day later after submitting the test. I wondered the relevance of this test to the role.

Since we receive quite a few applications for this role, we think the most objective way to do an initial selection is through a standardized test.
Our challenge will cover a number of abilities and skills, among which the ability to think logically and attention to detail.
The complete test will take about 30 minutes and it is advised to be well rested and undisturbed during the challenge.
