Applied online. Intensive online application with multiple questions which inspire a lot of detail. First phone call the interviewer just directly read the job description and said "Do you have experience with (bullet point)?" They said they are not into gaming, which was a little surprising. They seemed a bit disinterested with the industry. Then did a personality quiz. Then proceeded to a video interview. They seemed a bit disinterested as well -- the questions almost seemed like they were trying to do market research and get consulting rather than actually looking for a candidate. Pay was also quite low at $70k-90k for a product manager in tech with multiple years experience.
