This company is a joke. Seriously I have seen people ask if this company is a scam. It seems they have are not up with modern times. They still have someone calling to set up interviews instead of emailing and setting up calendars. It's not even a recruiter it sounds like an admin assistant who isn't sure on how to do their job. I continued this process as I needed a job, but was reluctant on it as every time I spoke to someone a red flag went up. The hiring manager joked about being the first person in his role as the previous one left after a week. Nothing made sense and especially the qualities that they wanted for the role did not align with what was being posted for.
