First you go thru a webinar and learn about company and then you're called for a final interview to learn more. you gotta decide if you're willing to invest in state testing to get your license

Can you cover cost for state testing which is 75 plus 33 if you want to take from home
Simple just to get you in there to fill the position that’s considered a high turnover. The interview was nice and enjoyed our conversation and made her laugh. The interview took 45 mins but the offer letter was in my email an hour later including the background check.

Interview was great! First was an online explanation of company. Then they group interview with few more applicants to explain the licensing requirements. They explained they cannot fully train until you are licensed in CA.

Getting the interview was not difficult. But, the interview was rescheduled multiple times due recruitment scheduling conflicts. Seemed unorganized. The process felt unprofessional. The interview took over two weeks to happen.
