Was told I would be interviewing with a hiring manager but ended up just being a Zoom webinar about the company and positions they have available. Was not told this prior which was frustrating to have gotten dressed and ready just to have the only interaction being able to raise your hand in zoom - no chat available. They also ask you to be there 15 minutes prior which is unnecessary considering it's just someone walking through a slides (which I should add the presenter did not even change the slide once throughout the 30 minutes) They also did not even mention the role I was contacted about - only positions mentioned were associates, supervisors, and general agents. Was told I would be emailed a questionnaire and then potentially contacted to request a second interview. The whole process seems misleading therefore I will not be moving forward with this company.
