During the recruiting process, I had a great experience. The recruiter told me about the average duration of the recruiting process, and which steps required more days to have feedback.
I passed the technical interview (even got amazing feedback on points of improvement and things I'm good at) and finally got the offer. Great, huh?
Well, after accepting the offer, I didn't have more updates. The recruiter only told me that my profile was being sent to projects and this step could take 8 months to really *hire me*.
After several unanswered e-mails and over 3 months with no updates, I assumed I was discarded. I had to continue searching for other jobs and the recruiter knew I was already unemployed and needed a job.
I don't even know if they will ever contact me again. If you get to the point of accepting the offer, I wish you good luck to *get hired*.

1 hour of Q&A about many topics in iOS development such as how the OS manages memory, how to work with constraints, what frameworks I worked with, name design patterns and explain some, UIViewController life cycle, explain some git features, CI/CD. There were also questions showing me sample codes and I had to point out what would be the output.

Entrevista
Comenzó conmigo describiendo mi perfil. Luego pasamos a una sección de preguntas habladas en inglés y finalmente las preguntas técnicas en español. Estas preguntas técnicas incluyeron conceptos de Swift y desarrollo para plataformas Apple así como conceptos generales de ingeniería de Software.
Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Globant

- Entrevista técnica con alguien de mayor seniority
- Entrevista con el cliente directo
- Presentación de oferta y negociación de la misma
