It was second interview for a position in Medellín Colombia, the idea is that was tech interview. But the interviewer gave me only first interview questions, she didn't study my profile before hand, and told me they were only looking for people with experience in Adobe marketing cloud, and that wasn't part of the job description. I think Globant HR is not too organize and for me it felt way more corporative than what they sell in their videos.
