First there is an initial interview with the recruiter to discuss the position and talk about the professional experience, After that there is a second interview with a "Gatekeeper" that is a Globant employee making seniority assessment questions. After this round you get your seniority assigned and continue with some technical interviews with the client. I had 3 more interviews but this depends on the client.
