Unprofessional behaviour of this company. I had an interview, and they stated they will update me after one week about the process. After 3 weeks, no news from them. I contacted HR from Globant (based in London, because it is Globant GUT formerly Vertic), and she never replied to my email about the follow-up. Then, I contacted the Manager with whom I had the interview, and he also ghosted me. I had to contact them again, and then they said they decided to move forward with other candidates. Fair. But don't make me waste time and energy. Bad communication between the agency in CPH and HR in London. I read the bad reviews here, I was hoping to have a better experience even if I was not selected for the position.
