The overall interview process was extremely long, 4 plus hours. There is a team exercise where they see how you interact. I was interviewing for one module, and they decided to have me interview for 2 other modules at the same time.

started off doing a group exercise where you had to work with other people interviewing to build cars to make a profit. Then had a one on one interview with three different people.

Several step process beginning with invitation to log onto computer based pre-screening tests (personality profile and SAM Test) remotely from home followed by a group interview including a team activity, HR interview and technology interview.

It is a very timely process from the day of apply until the first day yoy work. It takes a while for everything because multiple people are apply also.
