Applied through a recruiter, got initial phone conversation with Hayder. Seemed great until reading reviews on here. Got asked to come in for face to face interview. Five minutes before interview was called to say the interview is going to be delayed for an hour or so . Which I find so unprofessional. Come 10am I’m pulled into a small grotty room for a short interview which was a total waste of time considering I had traveled over 50 minutes and interviewer (Hayder) was over a hour late which takes the P*ss because if that was a candidate that late they wouldn’t wanna know. So that in itself spoke volumes, showed a complete lack of respect. Even if I’d got a offer I’d never take that job! Seems awful there. Hayder clearly knows his stuff too because he told me the service I was selling (helping building contractors generate work leads) was a tangible product. What a idiot.

10/10 experience.
Recruiter was brilliant from start to finish, excellent communication and a joy to work with.
Entire sales team was a pleasure, decisive, honest and didn't leave you wondering.
Couldn't rate the process highly enough.

The process was frustrating. Unfortunately, communication was sparse which made it hard to schedule the interviews.
There was no clarity on the start date or role expectations/ responsibilities. Role expectations and Job Title changed from what was posted. People seemed nice, but it did not seem like they were organized or ready to hire for the position.

The challenge wasn't the questions, it was the inability to schedule follow-up interviews in a timely fashion.
completely disorganized. push off calls to people in other departments that were mostly irrelevant to the role. no follow up for clarity on next steps. they need to cut ties with their 3rd party recruiters
