First,there was a IQ ,Aptitude, English Skills, Basic Computer knowledge test all combined into one. Then the selected candidates were called for a one on one personal interview. In the personal interview they analyze our passion, IQ, speaking skills, communication ability, Knowledge about the subject. They also wanted to know how open minded you are and how you can perceive and understand the subject or information they going to guide you into.
