Very fast and efficient, only one round of interview. Someone from the hiring team messaged me on Linkedin to ask for an available time and arranged an interview right in the same day. The interview was online and felt more like a normal conversation. The CEO was blunt about the requirements and encouraged me to do the same, which saved time for both of us. The downside is that there was no announcement afterwards.
