After completing your application in the employment center, you wait to interview with someone who simply asks about you prior work history. Nothing complicated. It was obviously just the initial screening. I received an email instructing me to complete an online virtual interview. It allows you to do some practice questions before the actual interview. I think there were about 5 questions. I had some knowledge about tech support but wasn't able to knowledgeably answer every questions. On those, I focused on talking about what I did know pertaining to the question, because I was clueless.
