Entrevista
The overall process took quite a while. It took them a month to get back to me after I applied and give me a phone Interview. the interview was about 20-30 minutes long. The questions were pretty standard. They asked me to send my transcripts. After another month of not hearing back from them they invited me for an interview at their office. they took care of the flight / hotel costs. The interview took the whole day. I had to talk about my research work and was asked to read two patents and talk to them about them. I interviewed with three different sets of people and right at the end of the day, close to the departure time of the plane the owner of the company asked me a few questions to gauge how much I wanted/needed the job.
