This is a total scam. Do not waste your time here. You "work your way up" by selling Direct TV subscriptions inside Costco. The interviewer even bragged about how much money his boss makes and how much he makes. Once you're promoted to a trainer, you build your own team of people to sell inside Costco. And that's all I learned about the company in the first interview. The second interview was to be with another manager and explain more, but I didn't go. The employee who e-mailed me to set up an interview didn't even have a last name. The office where the interview was was completely bare. Nothing on the desk or walls.

Was asked if I'd pass a drug test, and then asked to show my arms. He was joking, but it was incredibly inappropriate.

Considering my appointment was at a certain time, they had me wait 45 minutes in a lobby, with 5 other clients. Just goes to show their punctuality and professionalism.
The interview was okay. He was very friendly and passionate, however I found it odd that he said the interview was broken down into two parts. He explained how the position is entry Level.. which was just a sales job, and you had to work hard to get to manage a team to the entry Level job.
Did not go over the salary/pay rate.. but I'm sure it's minimum wage, and that goes even if you have a college education.
Although job seems promising if you like in person sales, the job description does not match what I learned In the interview. I was already mad that I waited 45 minutes for a mediocre interview.
