The following review is about Greek appendix.
Glispa people were very polite and positive from the very first contact to the last announcement of their decision. The hiring process is as follows:
1) A 15m phone call with the HR. It was an acquaintanceship phone call.
2) An assignment that should be delivered in 5 days. Either React or Angular could be used.
3) A 4 hours face to face technical interview in company's offices. There was a discussion about the previous assignment and then some new requirements were asked. Then you had some time to code what you were asked. It might seems as a long time interview, but the interviewer made it such a fun. Finally, what made me a great impression, was the fact that they gave me a small gift for the time I spent in the interview!
Well, unfortunately I was not selected but company gave me an in depth explanation of their choice. They gave me a great feedback with which they tried to improve me. After all, I think that their comments were very helpful. Finally one more thing that really impressed me was the fact that after some days I came back to the interviewer to ask him to review a personal project I had made. He reviewed it with great pleasure and gave me some helpful feedback for once again.
I don't know how the other Glispa offices work, but if you are interested in applying for a job in Greek appendix I strongly recommend you do. Be aware that there is a very high technical level in company.
