The process was straight forward , I applied in September , Interview sometime in the first week of October , was interviewed by HR and 3 People whose team I would join . They ask the typical , why Glencore , why this position , tell me about yourself , situational questions that are both technical and behavioural , technical in the sense that they would ask how you would deal with something specific related to your position etc . Still have not received feedback after 3 weeks , but the experience was good I was put under pressure , the panel was interested and shared a insightful information about the company etc
