The interview process is very thorough after the initial application process. There were several stages and the screening was methodical. The first part of the interview was conducted by the Infrastructure Manager and the second part was conducted by the HR Manager.

The interview was a 'one way' interview, with a limited time on my side to ask for details about the job.

I have been asked a lot of general questions which took a long time and with limited time on my part to ask for details about the job. I found it very odd that I was asked about future plans in the midst of a pandemic when I am trying to get back into the job market.

Interviews with operations managers, then with traders. Mostly cultural fit questions, some technical. Have heard difficulty level largely depends on which commodity you are interviewing for. Some more difficult than others.
