Handed in resume at career fair looking for summer internship, but company was looking to hire full time. Received a call from HR a few weeks later asking me to come to office for an interview. First half was behavioral wih CEO, followed by technical portion with VP of Technology - both very nice and made a great effort to make me feel comfortable. Required on the fly programming and questions related to computer science.
