GiveDirectly outsources its first round of interviews to recruiters outside of the country who don't understand philanthropy or fundraising. Some companies record the interview so it can be vetted by others in the company but this was not. Out connection was spotty at best. I was asked about if I would be interested in another role if did not advance in this one.
